The following terms apply to all competitions run by XEE Pack in 2025. By participating, you agree to these conditions.

• Entry is open to residents of New Zealand and Australia (Family Competition only).

• Entrants must be aged 18 years or older.

• No purchase is necessary for preschools to participate, but family competition entries are automatic upon purchase.

• If XEE Pack does not reach its minimum production target, all competitions are null and void, and no prizes will be drawn or awarded.

1. Eligibility

   • Every family that purchases a XEE Pack pre-order by 12 November 2025 is automatically entered.

   • Families may earn additional entries through our referral program:

     • Each pre-order includes a unique referral code.

     • If another family purchases using your code, you will receive one extra entry into the prize draw per referred order.

2. Prizes

   • 1st Prize: $1,000 Prezzy Card (NZ) or $1,000 Prezzee eGift Card (AU)

   • 2nd Prize: $500 Prezzy Card (NZ) or $500 Prezzee eGift Card (AU)

   • 3rd Prize: $300 Prezzy Card (NZ) or $300 Prezzee eGift Card (AU)

   • Cards will be issued in the local currency of the winner’s country.

3. Draw

   • Winners will be drawn live on Instagram on 11 November 2025.

   • Winners will also be notified via email within 5 business days.

4. General Rules

   • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

   • Multiple entries are permitted through referrals as outlined above.

   • Our decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

   • Open to preschools and daycare centres in New Zealand only that register through our Preschool Sign-Up form or through any other entry avenues made available by XEE Pack.

2. Prize

   • One prize of $1,000 NZD, paid via direct bank transfer to the winning centre’s nominated account.

3. Draw

   • Winner will be drawn live on Zoom on 14 November 2025.  A link will be sent to all participating.

   • The winning centre will also be notified on 14 November 2025..

4. General Rules

   • The winning centre must agree to accept the prize on behalf of the preschool/daycare community.

   • Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

   • Our decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

• XEE Pack is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or inability to contact winners due to incorrect information provided at entry.

• We reserve the right to verify the identity of winners before awarding prizes.
