Refund Policy

General Terms

At XEE Pack, we want you to feel completely confident when you place your pre-order. Because this is a limited, seasonal product, our refund terms are clearly set out below.

Pre-Order & Production Guarantee

  • XEE Pack is sold on a pre-order basis.

  • If we do not reach the minimum production target, your order will not be manufactured.

  • In this event, you will receive a full refund of your purchase price, including shipping, by mid-November 2025.

  • Refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method — you don’t need to do anything.

  • We will also notify you by email if production does not go ahead.

Refunds for Damaged or Missing Packs

  • If your pack arrives damaged, faulty, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • To help us resolve this quickly, we may ask for photos of the damage or issue.

  • Depending on the situation, we will either:

    • Send you a replacement pack (if stock allows), or

    • Provide a full refund, including your shipping cost.

Refunds for Non-Delivery

  • If your order does not arrive by 24 December 2025, and the courier confirms it as lost, you are entitled to a full refund.

  • Please note: We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect shipping details provided at checkout.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Because of the seasonal, limited-run nature of the XEE Pack, we cannot offer refunds for:

    • Change of mind after your pre-order.

    • Incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer.

    • Personalised certificates (unless faulty).

    • Consumables (snow, packaging, ribbons, etc.) once used.

How to Request a Refund

  • Please email us at hello@xeepack.com with your order number and reason for refund request.

  • All approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days.
