• XEE Packs are available on a pre-order basis only.

• Pre-orders close on 12 November 2025, unless sold out earlier.

• All packs will be dispatched via Aramex (tracked courier service) in the second week of December 2025.

• Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but all orders are scheduled to arrive well before 24 December 2025.

• For customers in New Zealand who ordered through their preschool or daycare, your pack will be delivered directly to the preschool/daycare for distribution.

• Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check details before completing your order.

• Once an order has been handed to Aramex, we are not responsible for courier delays, missed deliveries, or redelivery costs.

• Tracking information will be provided so you can follow your delivery.

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and will vary depending on location.
